Detoxification process takes five days, you need to be committed in order to successfully test clear for the urine test.   Lettuce, Romaine, Arugula, Endive, radishes, peppers, chives, parsley, cucumber, celery, olives, mushrooms, alphalfa sprouts, bok choy, asparagus, string beans, cabbage, beet greens, chard, eggplant, kale, onion, snow peas, turnips, pumpkin, broccoli, spinach, avocado, tomato, squash, collard greens and artichokes.
• Foods you CANNOT eat:
  Bread, cookies, pasta, oranges, grapefruits, potato chips, pancakes, carrots, rice, potato’s, ice cream, pizza, french fries, honey, bananas and chocolate (ANYTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT).
